Refund and Return Policy
Request a return or exchange for grocery orders
You can contact us about any issue with your order within 2 days of your pickup.
Let us know as soon as possible if your order —
- Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
- Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items
For missing or damaged items, please contact your local grocery store from where you have picked up the order for an exchange or refund.
Refund and exchange are at sole discretion of your Local Grocery Store.
Local Grocery Stores are registered at grooceri.ca platform as vendors where each store follows its own independent policies to which the customer should agree.
Note: Refunds are subject to certain conditions :-
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and some health and personal care items
To complete your return, your local grocery store (Vendor/Store at grooceri.ca) will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed by your local grocery store (Vendor/Store at grooceri.ca) upon receipt of damaged items at their location.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact your local grocery store or alternatively you can also write to us at info@grooceri.ca.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
